From start to finish a great experience. I need to relay a little sad story… My son who lives in MD lost his 12yo Morkie “Roman” who was his total buddy a week before he came to visit us in OH. It was an advanced lung mass, but he had been healthy til then.
I felt devastated for my son. He always joked with his 2 teen kids, “who is my #1 and they would say “Roman”.
LOL. So being the concerned parent I was, I had contacted Rueben to see about Morkie puppy for my son. I kind of sussed him out the week to see if I felt he was ready, all the while staying in contact with Rueben. Who was very gracious and understanding of my situation in that I needed to decide probably at the last minute yes or no. I decided on a Friday “ definitely yes” and went and picked up Leroy… the sweetest Morkie! The place was very clean and amazing. You could see the other dogs & puppies were well taken care of. And a BIG definite NO it was not a Puppy Mill! Rueben was very organized, puppy was vetted, chipped and all vaccines were current for his age (9 weeks) .
My son didn’t know I was getting him but when I placed Leroy in his arms and said he was his… we all started crying., it was meant to be…. Leroy was amazing and one of the most socialized puppies I have ever seen. Good job Rueben and family!!
They headed back to MD the next day. Below is from my son… Leroy is now Leo
